New background…

New Header. ^_^ Yes okay I have a new obsession, House MD. It is just fantastical! Hugh Laurie is fab and is such a believable American (I mean with the accent and all) and it has above all confirmed my liking for older men (such as Mr Laurie – who I actually kinda liked before for his bumbling English toff like character) – although I must say for the record that this in no way affects my love for Tom! But anyway the show is just very very cool, although I am now afraid of pork products and things that live in the wall…and thanks to Jon little tiny millipede type things that apparently live on the end of your eye lashes…scary…yes! I think so I don’t care if they’re there to clean, I would be much MUCH more happy if they just didn’t exist…and for my sanity I hope they don’t *shudders* BLEH!

Well um what’s happening? Two of my essays were due in today at midday, I have yet to hand in these essays, same as I have yet to actually write any of the above essays…the term I believe is ‘Writers Block’ fused with a heavy dollop of ‘Lack of Concentration’ stirred with a spoon of pure ‘Terror’ with an after taste of ‘Failure’. Mmmm delicious!
*ahem*
I have come to realise that I am absolutely useless, the slightest of things distract me from my goal and I mean slight! The thought of custard renders me useless for hours! Although I have also come to realise that if you need something done, drink. It helps! just a glass of wine…it helps the mind along! In fact before I got distracted by this blog thing I had managed to write oh at least 400 words (in fact not that much more than what is in this blog). And that sir, is progress! Its the most I’ve managed to write since coming back to Swansea, not to mention the most cohesive! Well enough of all this malarkey, I need to go and try and write another 400 words! To make this the most productive day of the last week!
